Any natural cures for eczema?

I've had this since I was a child. It's not horrible but it's a real pain. Know of anything that has worked well for you, your children or anyone you know? Apparently, this is a pretty common skin condition.

You might try upping your intake of foods high in essential fatty acids. I take evening primrose capsules when I start feeling an outbreak coming. You can get it at any health food store and some large supermarkets. It's one of the richest sources of gamma-linolenic acid, which is a precursor to one the fatty acids your body needs. (And when I DO have an outbreak, I'll actually cut open a capsule and just put the EPO right onto my skin.)





You can try a low-chemical diet but, in all honesty, I didn't find it all that helpful.
