What's the best way to remove bumps/scales on back of arms and legs?

I've tried lotions with alpha-hydroxy (Eucerin) that seem to help, but nothing seems to work well to eliminate this skin condition.

Any tips? My cousins and I all have this problem.

Drink more water and try ambi lotion
Reply:Drink more water and use seasame oil on your skin when you are still wet from the shower. Its from being majorly dry.
Reply:Loofa everyday and drink lotsa water. Maybe see a dermatologist.
Reply:dont know
Reply:You should a heavy-grained exfoliate once a week as well as a gentle daily one with a loofa body pad (as long as you don't have sensitive skin).
Reply:drink alot of water
Reply:i had a similar problem. went to a dermatologist and got some great prescription cream and now it's all gone.
Reply:See a dermatologist. You might have eczema or psoriasis. If you don't , try a loofa pad and an exfoliant,
Reply:drink a lot of water
Reply:Ok it is just dry skin. And I get rid of it by using one of the natural loofa sponges everytime I shower. You don't have to scrub yourself raw just use it like you would a washrag or puff. I use a moisturizing soap also. And I use lotion a couple of times a week. But the exfoliation is what works the best.
Reply:expose it to the sun, i noticed after the summer, my bumps would be really reduced after a bit of tanning

drink wheatgerm, it contains lots of vitamin E, great for skin - put it in a milkshake or eat it in breakfast for easy consumption

tone up ur arms, some musscle definition will smooth out the skin, so start working out.
Reply:coco butter
