It looks as if it is either a tattoo or she is trying to cover up a skin condition. has anyone else noticed this...its on vh1 right now!
In flavor lof love 2 what is it that is on delischious back/shoulders?
It is what you call keloyds. She has a skin condition in which whenever she gets even a small scrap her skin will heal in the form of a bubble so to speak. Those scars are from her being in a major car accident and due to her condition that's how her bruises healed.

Reply:yes I have notice. She does have a tattoo but it is on the spot on her shoulder. It looks as if she have been cut before, and the tattoo is just covering it. She has it in a lot of spots that why i know that it is not tattoos. They are huge like molds.
