What are these white bumps on my chest?

These white bumps on my chest looks like goosebumps that doesnt go away. They dont look like pimples and i cant pop it. They dont itch and can only be seen when a bright light or sun shines on it. Does anyone know the name of this skin condition and a way to get rid of it? A link with a picture of this will be great. I just want to read a little about it so i can get rid of it and prevent it from happening it. Please dont say go see a doctor or dermatologist because thats not really going to help. Thanks alot

Reply:breasts
Reply:eczema?
Reply:I have the same type of thing that comes out when I'm sweating? Go to webmd and try the symptom checker.
Reply:Can I come over?
Reply:hormonal, they could probably be surgically removed
Reply:i have those on my arms and they are only in little clumps right? thats how mine are. theyre little and arent itchy but they feel kinda funky and bumpy on your skin. my friend use to have them as a kid and she told me she just went to the doctor and he gave her cortazol cream. he said it was just from a less than average immunity with allergies.
Reply:Milia. These tiny, white bumps are found mostly in the area around the eyes. Cystic in nature, they are hard to the touch and deep in the skin. Milia may last for weeks or even months.??
